Additionally, adjusting cell radius and length enables seamless integration with A123's larger 32113 cell design engineered for automotive applications. The pack accommodates eight cells, offering flexibility in wiring configurations. When connected in series, it produces a voltage of 26.4 volts, while a 4s2p configuration yields 13.2 volts. In both scenarios, the energy capacity remains approximately 100 watt-hours. Notably, these cells boast remarkably high C-rates and can withstand rigorous use. Future design refinements may incorporate recessed slots to ensure metal contact flushness on the pack's exterior, as well as strategically positioned holes for neatly routing balance wires to their designated locations.
