8 bit Koopa shell
thingiverse
My girlfriend rides a really cool metallic-blue motorcycle and the previous owner had an appreciation for Batgirl that was totally uncool. So, we modified their Batgirl license plate bracket to make this replica of the old-school 8-bit NES version of the Koopa Shell because she loves turtles, you know? I shrunk down the model from 70mm height to 20mm height (as shown) and glued it on the old license plate frame without any uncool script. Honestly... it said "There Goes BATGIRL!"... what does that even mean? I used a razor and the white lettering came right off. Anyways, I bought some nail polish in black, white and metallic blue and colored it in. It's really pretty now. The lead bike really needs to watch out! If you find this helpful, I'd be thrilled to see your work - so please share. Or, even better, please feel free to send a bitcoin or two here (I'm collecting as many as I can before the apocalypse): 1Py3TUeR8noBN2giHyFV1GfB6x3Kh2WEVv ... include a note saying "Hi 3E8, thanks for the Koopa shell thing... my life is infinitely better because of it and please accept this small handful of bitcoins in gratitude". You're welcome! (in advance) Also, feel free to check out my other submissions which are almost as varied as they are numerous: http://www.thingiverse.com/3E8/designs Enjoy!
