Djenn Saar - Wyrm Princess of the Wailing Sluagh, leader and founder of one of the most ferocious sect. This kit is a bit special. It includes two poses for a single character but with quite a different feeling from them. While the first pose underlines the deadly and unearthly nature of Djenn Saar, giving her the vibes of the Grim Reaper, the second pose was intentionally made as a tribute. A tribute to the person who gave birth to all the most famous grimdark future concepts and actually defined 30 years ago the look and feel of all that we currently know as Grimdark. I mean Jes Goodwin, of course. Famous artist and lead miniature designer of one-well-known-miniature-wargaming-company, he had been shaping the form of Warhammer 40.000 universe since its creation. To show our deep respect to him we made a second version of Djenn Saar miniature that repeats the pose of the first sketch of the character's prototype from WH40.000 universe - Jain Zar. The sketch had never been exactly depicted in any of the existing miniatures, and we thought that it's quite an unfair fate for it and chose it for our small tribute.
