I'm planning to design a new ER collet chuck for my reliable old 7x12 mini-lathe from China. Instead of removing the part from the chuck to verify its fit on the spindle, I created this template. This will enable me to accurately position the 55mm register and also allow me to drill holes for securing the new chuck to the spindle. I've included both the 3 and 4 hole mounting pattern on this piece. Printed in durable ABS material for long-lasting performance.
