7th Gen Celica TRD Bumper Fog Light Bracket

This is a fog light bracket to fit the 7th Gen Celica TRD/Action Package bumper. This bumper never had brackets for it, so I created my own. It should fit most typical "Universal" cheap 4" fog lights off of ebay (see example pic of product). I have been running these on my celica for over 2 months (>3k miles) now. ## Parts required: M6x12mm bolt M6 nylon lock nut ## Parts recommended: 2 M6 washers 2 additional M6x12 bolts for mounting fog light (off the shelf bolts are too short with washer) Loc-Tite for fog light threads ## Instructions: - Print with 100% infill in PETG, ABS, ASA or your preferred high strength plastic using orientation in pictures and supports - Remove the bumper and drill a hole in the center of the top lip of the fog light holes on each side, you can template the hole with the print's bolt hole, it will slide over the lips - You will likely need to splice into the stock Celica wire harness, or you can buy stock celica fog lights and harvest the harnesses from them. - super glue nylon lock nut on bottom (where hex is on print) - mount foglight between the wings, use washer and loc-tite'd bolts to secure with a fair amount of force - Slide bracket over fog light lips on each side, use M6x12 to mount through drilled hole and into nylon lock nut ## Other thoughts: I noticed the fog lights would droop if I did not tighten the "wing" mount bolts enough. This was a failure point on my early design (the wing would crack) but I have beefed it up for this version.
