Hi,take a look at my other designs https://www.thingiverse.com/BuiltBrokenGlued/designsRemix of the original https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4151853When splitting the original, the cross section was separate from the body. The outer walls were connected but the inner walls were basically 2 separate prints side by side.I brought this into Tinkercad made the whole piece solid and cut it in half by 3.7mm. it should be 3.75 but left a bit of expansion for superglue join.Im printing this in ABS because its the heater valve and the unit on a 2012 petrol sharan lives in the engine bay.
