I designed a custom holder for my Leica M lens that grips securely through friction alone. You can modify the design by adjusting the dimensions in the solid file if it's not fitting quite right - perhaps it's too tight or loose. To test its fit, I recommend printing just the base first and attaching it to the lens before moving on to the full print.
