Bone Bi-Point, Barb, Hot Springs Village, Port Moller, Alaska, is a significant archaeological site, boasting CAT# 77-47-T286 Okada excavations HHT, Level 6, in the Hot Springs 1A strata, dated to 4000-3600 BCE. This massive village on the shore of Port Moller, situated on the Alaska Peninsula side of the southern Bering Sea, has been extensively excavated by multiple teams over a century. The primary occupation periods span from 2000 BCE to 1000 BCE, and another significant phase occurred between 100 CE and 800 CE. The Hot Springs artifacts are presented as a result of comprehensive research conducted under grants NSF 0137756, NSF 1204020, NSF 1139266, and NSF 1321411. H. Maschner led the investigation as Principal Investigator. The initial digitization was performed at the IVL at Id. St. Univ., with subsequent processing completed at Global Digital Heritage.
