designed so that the tumbler faces towards the ground when mounted to the wall. It fits in between the two big rear wheels.the v5 design completely fits the velcro command strips and the open part covers the pull off tab. I added the little nubs on the end of the arms because my velcro part shifted down slightly and the lego slid off and fell to the ground.(I HAVE NOT TESTED NEWER DESIGN.) I have the v2 design on my wall with the command strips directly behind the arms and a little bit on the bigger part. It seems to hold up this way.
