I built a brand new aluminum extruder block to space my nozzles 75mm apart, giving me the freedom to use every inch of my XL HBP. With this setup, I can utilize the Sailfish firmware's ditto feature to print 8 rows of objects that are 37.5mm wide or 4 rows of objects that are 75mm wide. This allows for even more versatility in what I can create, as certain items can be printed wider than 75mm if they're oriented correctly - check out this clever example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nq2BcCyhuBo
