75mm VESA Box and Plate
thingiverse
This is tagged as a remix because hole positions are repurposed from 0110-M-P's RasPI case mounting holes for 75MM VESA mounting, based on MP Select Mini Mount designed by j4c3, and created in Tinkercad. The Project box comes with two pre-fabbed holes for mounting the quad-relay board on Amazon; just search four relay board raspberry pi to find it. Walls and lid are left blank to provide flexibility when it comes to cable routing. This box features eight captive bolt slots (#6 nuts and bolts used in attached pictures) designed to have some strength to hold bolt in place while screw is tightened. Don't apply 50ftlb of torque on screws; tighten a little bit more than hand tight for good solid connection. I'm pleased with my first project from conception to print, despite the fact that it looks like Cthulhu holding nuts in place. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice MP Select Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Defaults Infill: 20% (I think) Notes: Use whatever settings you want; I recommend supports for captive bolt locations. Admittedly, I found this out the hard way when it printed, but there's enough gap for me to get nut in place and have it hold securely.
