I transformed a Pi case with a 75mm VESA mount into one with a 100mm mount, also adding a recess for a Samsung T5 SSD drive. This setup allows me to securely attach my Pi 4 and USB drive to the back of my monitor. The modified case is based on "Raspberry Pi 4, Pi 3, Pi 2 case with Vents, 40mm, or 30mm fan" by BaudlerArtDesign, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1815268
