75mm to 100mm VESA adapter (25mm stepper)

I simply rotate the Z axis by 45 or 135 degrees to print and crank out a batch at once. I was fed up with the adapters I kept finding, which were only designed to go down, not up - this design goes either way, thanks to its 25mm step size. Update: As of February 13, 2017, I've added a .2mm bump in the lower nut space, allowing the slicer to generate bridging below the hole and resulting in a much smoother print.
