I found ABS plastic is okay, but nylon or polycarbonate works even better for me. I use TPU on my feed because this copter is a blast to fly - it flips and rolls extremely fast, with insane yaw rates possible. The frame is sturdy and can withstand hits. Initially, I tried using PLA first, but it's heavier and prone to shattering, despite appearing tougher. Print at 100% infill for maximum toughness. This copter weighs about 6g. I use 380mAh batteries, which give me around 4 minutes of airtime. You can check out the flight control board here: http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-FRF3_EVO-Brushed-Flight-Control-Board-Built-in-FRSKY-Compatible-SBUS-8CH-Receiver-p-1091779.html For motors, I use 7x20mm coreless motors like these: http://www.banggood.com/4X-Chaoli-CL-720-7x20mm-Coreless-Motor-for-90mm-150mm-DIY-Micro-FPV-RC-Quadcopter-Frame-p-1070123.html For props, I prefer these 5PCS HM830 RC paper plane blade replacements: http://www.banggood.com/5-PCS-HM830-RC-Paper-Plane-Blade-Replacement-p-916674.html. They're better than the 3-blade props linked below, but you'll need a 0.9mm or 1.0 mm drill to make them fit on the motors. Alternatively, you can check out these 5X Eachine 3-blade propellers: http://www.banggood.com/5X-Eachine-3-Blade-Propeller-Prop-20Pcs-for-7mm-8_5x20mm-Coreless-Motor-DIY-Micro-FPV-Quadcopter-p-1059073.html For the camera, I use this Eachine TX03 super mini 0.25mW/50mW/200mW switchable AIO 5.8G 72CH VTX 600TVL 13cmos FPV camera: http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-TX03-Super-Mini-025mW50mW200mW-Switchable-AIO-5_8G-72CH-VTX-600TVL-13-Cmos-FPV-Camera-p-1104884.html. There are many other cameras that fit now, I've also tried the TX01 and TX02. For batteries, I use these 5X Eachine 3.7V 380mAh 25C Lipo batteries: http://www.banggood.com/5X-Eachine-3_7V-380mah-25C-Lipo-Battery-for-Hubsan-H107-H107L-H107C-H107D-p-993948.html? Don't go heavier than 12g per battery or you'll really start to feel the weight. I found that using 500mAh lipos only gives me 30-45 seconds more flight time, but with way slower throttle response!
