They are not completely round, there is a minimal flat surface on one side ot improve adhesion to the bedThe ends of the part will warp and get out of shape without additional supports. you can use a brim or try the preset Minibrims at the ends to save on material ;)I printed them with PETG for extra flexibility so they will not break and they came out much more sturdy than expected. Super tough! PLA may work as well but was not testedSome level of postprocessing will greatly benefit your result! I used a deburring handle and just slighly moved it along the whole part removing just a tiny fraction of material but it felt magnitudes better. I assume additional sanding could bring this close to the originalOne of them at a time can be printed on a PRUSA MINI+ diagonal - 8 Minutes with Input Shaper :D Backstory:My son got a used LEGO Harvester 7636 from his grandma, unfortunately there were some parts missing. When my family noticed the missing parts, my wife said just as it would be the most normal thing in the world with confidence close to certainity: “Don't worry, your father will print some new ones”.>The challenge was staged and we all know failure was not an option here! The design is one of the most simple ones I ever made and quickly after some prints I had the diameter, correct lenght and surface finish I wanted.The boys were happy, this was much faster and a lot cheaper than sourcing the parts from some parts seller online - A very good example for the power of 3D printing!
