Printing 75A TPE with this part cooling nozzle on wanhao duplicator / monoprice maker select:https://youtu.be/MNSuiiIl1QoI can't believe it took me so long to figure this out, This is the best material for part cooling nozzles, as the material is always well above the glass transition temperature in ambient air, only close to the melting temp will cause deformity from the nozzle.(if need higher temp resistance can use eSUN 83A)nozzles from PC, ASA, etc. all deform when they touch the silicone sock covered hot block, >150C ,I Just tested a 3hr print 250C hotend 100C bed and I have dual nozzles touching the corner of silicone covered hot block but the fans where off as I as printing PC. No deformity , I am a convert now. TPE for all my nozzles from now onstretch and Snap in place flexible part cooling nozzlemounts are in my designns and are adjustable to move cooling part fan/nozzle depending on set up and 2nd fan can be added to rear side of Right fan offering clear line of site of hot end nozzle. So I used with 75A as the nozzle can bump a plastic blob or any obstruction and the nozzle will flex as opposed to bumping your how x or y axis off or tearing your whole fan of the mount. it solves the strain relief problem with the fan power wire I created to snap over fan without needing any fasteners , or removing existing fan from mout, there is 1.5mm allowance for the 2 fan screws. used Spider Maker 75A TPE FilamentPrinted with Wanhao duplicator / Monoprice maker select.4noz, .2 layer, 215C 0C bed, 100%Fan, 15mm/sec, 1.2 retract, tree supporttitan clone - no extratension (screw is turned all the way in clockwise) tightening will cause under extrusion. ignore manufacture info: works with all metal hot ends as long as the heat sink radiator portion remains isothermic, if your using a set up like mine with dual heat sink fans , you will will always maintian isothermia all the way down to the exposed portion of the heat brakeprinting on Dual gear extruders (ie sherpa - must dial some moderate level of tension and it will have no visible effect on the extrusionI uploaded Cura Profile :as supports take a little tinkering with super soft filament, it might save you some tinkering.if needed you can run at 10mm/sec or up to 20
