UPDATE5: I've reworked the design, increasing the perimeter to 5 and infill to 30%, with a layer height of 0.18mm. This seems robust enough for my needs. To prevent slipping, I added a layer of tape inside the cup where the looser socket size from UPDATE4 caused issues. UPDATE4: I've upgraded the driver to a 30x30mm model for enhanced strength. Additionally, I tweaked the socket size for a more comfortable fit. UPDATE3: After using the tool over the weekend, it unfortunately broke again, with the 20mm driver snapping off after several uses. To improve layer adhesion, I recommend reducing fan speed during printing.
