Air-conditioning panel: In this sub-panel, different temperatures can be monitored by turning the 7-state selector, with sections that can be monitored including Cockpit, Passenger cabin and PACKS. Additionally, we can control trim air used to regulate the temperature that enters the aircraft and as shown in Fig. 3. Furthermore, we can control the flight cabin and passenger cabin temperatures using potentiometers 7, 8, and 9. Pneumatics panel: At the top of the Pneumatics sub-panel, two switches activate the recirculation fans shown in Fig. 3. These fans allow for air recirculation from the cabin to the mix manifold, reducing workload performed by PACKS and motors. A pressure gauge senses pressure in the PACKS ducts. Two switches control the right and left PACKS, and a switch controls the isolation valve shown in Fig. 3. The lower panel switches enable bleed air flow to PACKS. There are two push buttons: one to test sensors that activate WING BODY OVERHEAT LEDs, and another to reset a PACK after a bleed air overheating incident. Cabin presurization panel: It regulates cabin pressure inside the aircraft during flight. In Fig. 2, we can see the altitude selector where, using an encoder, the selected flight altitude is set; the automatic system will then regulate cabin pressure. Below this is the landing altitude selector so that the automatic system can control cabin pressure. Additionally, there's an outflow valve indicator which continuously opens and closes during flight to control cabin pressure. However, if you position the PRESS MODE SELECTOR in Manual mode, flight crew can open or close this valve with the help of the OUTFLOW VALVE SW.
