Hi All, Please find attached my designs for the Boeing 737 MCP Knobs to be printed. I have moved away from the D-shaped internal hole and opted for a standard 6mm hole instead. This setup appears to work well with my encoders and pots. You will need 3mm grub screws, but I've found that these knobs fit tightly without them in most cases. If you experience any issues with loose knobs on your first trial fit, try shrinking them slightly for a tighter fit. In my experience, using a 6.4mm drill post-print gets the knobs to fit correctly on the shafts. However, this might be due to my printer's lower quality. Feel free to reach out if you need any adjustments or alterations made to these designs. 19/02/20: I've added recesses to the bases of the knobs to accommodate fixture nuts. 19/02/20: The IAS knob was missing from the original design, so I've added it now - Sorry for the oversight! 18/02/20: A copy of the heading knob with a 6mm shaft diameter has been included in the updated designs.
