Before having a 3d printer I really didn't find a a flat cover to buy and it seemed like 70x70 fan covers are quiet rare. These fans are mainly found for cooling an Intel Pentium 4 478 cpu. I prefer to use this cooler size mainly for my projects and cases like to cool down stepper drivers. Instructions Best practice with high settings in MakerWare. For a really 3d print you can use as well the following settings: Raft: [x] Support [_] Infill: 100% Number of Sheels: 2 Layer Height: 0,10 mm (100 micron) Speed while Extruding: 80 mm/s
