This is a pretty straightforward 70mm pipe clamp I designed specifically for the bottom section of a Clark pneumatic mast. Over time, the mast started leaking air, and I wanted to leave the bottom section free to rotate so I could point the antenna on top exactly where I needed it without having to keep pumping it back up every single time I loosened the bottom section - which would inevitably drop and need to be pumped back up again. The clamp gives me a secure place to lock the base of the bottom section in place, preventing it from dropping down and also providing a stable handle to turn it without getting covered in graphite or silicone lubricant.
