I've designed a straightforward fully hollow fan duct that measures 70mm in length, specifically suited for low-output fans like the one included with my Tevo printer to cool the main board. This compact design is perfect for keeping your print's motherboard at a safe temperature. This cleverly engineered duct boasts a mounting slot just 4mm wide and features a 3mm hole for secure attachment. Its remarkably lightweight construction ensures effortless installation, while its effectiveness in reducing heat buildup is nothing short of impressive. In the accompanying image, you'll see a tiny Eiffel Tower test print displaying the benefits of my fan duct. The left side shows the print with active cooling, while the right side reveals what happens when no cooling is applied. As you can clearly see, using the same G-code, filament, and machine yields remarkable results when utilizing this handy duct.
