For optimal printing, follow these instructions which include cooling the plastic during small feature creation to ensure proper hardening before the next layer is printed. The setup is specifically designed for a Printrbot-LC with "PrintrBOX" covers and utilizes a 70mm muffin fan sourced from a junk pile. A custom kit, including an airflow adjuster and shroud, fits perfectly on the Printrbot LC. This adjuster allows convenient bed-cooling control during printing. The fan's maximum airflow enables the heated bed to maintain 80 degrees C for ABS adherence while allowing tall single features to cool quickly layer by layer. Adjustments can be made to ensure proper first-layer sticking.
