# WiFi Clock Powered by ESP8266 Module This project showcases a WiFi enabled 7 segment clock, engineered with the ESP8266 microcontroller. The display is driven by 116x WS2813 RGB LEDs, capable of delivering ~32W for four digits. The device operates within a wide supply voltage range of 9-24V and features four integrated 5V/3A voltage regulators, boasting >90% efficiency at 12V input. To ensure safe operation, an input voltage/current sensor is integrated to prevent damage from overvoltage or excessive current draw. In addition to these features, the WiFi clock also includes a temperature sensor to monitor and regulate internal temperatures, preventing overheating issues. Real-time clock functionality allows for precise timekeeping, while an ambient light sensor adjusts display brightness accordingly.
