7 inch screen case
cults3d
This is a case I designed for the 7" display I purchased on Amazon: https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B0751B75GQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The display is a 7" touch screen from GeeekPi. You may be able to install your own display if it has the same dimensions. The model consists of several parts: - The Front Frame, which fits in front of the display. The display is fully visible and thin, allowing you to use the touch screen without issues. - The Back Frame, which holds the display in place. You may need to use a bit of hot glue. On the back of the display, there are holes for the backplate, some pins to secure the 3 controller boards: the video controller, the touch controller, and the buttons. - The backplate is used to cover the boards, featuring 5 holes for the button extension, a cut at the top to access the ports on the video controller, and a small cut on the side to access the micro USB port for the touch controller; - The button extension fits into the holes in the backplate to press the buttons on the button board. I used double-sided tape here. - The foot is used to adjust the height of the screen. I installed 2 3mm screws and nuts. Let me know if you like it, and consider printing one yourself (maybe share a photo, I'll really appreciate it!). Also, check out my other creations on this profile. I'm still learning how to design things, but I have many ideas and will upload them soon! If you'd also like to make a tip, I'll really appreciate it, and I'll consider continuing to create these designs because I'll know that someone enjoys my work!
