7 Inch Raspberry PI LCD Touchscreen case
thingiverse
Version 0.2 This is a revised version of a custom case designed specifically for the LCD touchscreen 7 inch display for the Raspberry PI. Thanks to valuable feedback from TuxMan, I've uploaded the parts and made significant progress in creating this project despite still being in the learning phase with FreeCAD software. The design features a sleek and simple structure that doesn't require any screws or holes. It's built to slide together seamlessly around the LCD after its normal assembly process is complete. To assemble the case, start by placing the screen into the front section. Next, attach the back top component and slide it to one side. Then, fit the back over the PI and slide it up into position. Finally, insert the legs into the designated slots (two identical legs are required). That's all there is to it! I'm excited to share this custom case design with you. How I Designed This Raspberry Pi 7 inch touchscreen project I created a custom case for my Raspberry Pi 7 inch touchscreen due to its limited availability in stores. To take precise measurements, I used the one I own and imported them into FreeCAD software.
