That's now been fixed in this remix. I'm planning to make a second case style that will fit my own 7" panel with switches and an IR controller. My panel has the same PCB-800023 stamped on it as swehacker's, but it has a terrible design that makes it difficult to accommodate the connector properly. It'll take some time to rework that, so I hope this cleaned-up model helps someone else until then. 03/04/19: The 800023 daughter board modification is now included. This version should have the holes in the right place and standoffs that will work with the daughter board shown if they print correctly.
