7 inch FPV quadcopter frame - "Flying dog"
grabcad
I have developed a frame, a single-axis(roll) stabilizer for the camera(runcam5/gopro session) with TBS ND filters and brackets for antennas and electronics. The advantage of the frame is the ability to make the frame on your own using a sheet of only one thickness - 2mm, for example, carbon fiber or textolite. The final weight of the carbon frame is standard for 7 inches - 140-150 grams. The frame is quite stiff compared to the X-frame.There are three configurations in the main assembly - the frame version 10, 9 and version 8. I'm flying on version 8 now, but version 10 is more optimized, I recommend using it. V9 not optimized for using Gopro or Insta360. The assembly uses other user's component models:Hendricks (motors)persopolo (tbs)https://grabcad.com/rene.jr.wollin (air unit)Aisak (flight controller)Sergey Torshin (ESC)Chris Ecob (runcam)Hartvik Line (battery)Morten Nielsen (GPS)I must emphasize that other components are used on the real drone, but with the same mounting dimensions. If you are in Russia, we can help you with milling and 3D printing. If you like how my frame flies, you can donate any amount http://paypal.me/exkbPIDs settings I picked up using pid analyzer. I used this manual https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuZSiozHMt4 to calibrate P and D for pitch and roll. Yaw settings i take from 7inch inav preset. Tuned with 2307.5 1750kv motors and gemfan flash 7042: inav2.6.1roll p50 i60 d33pitch p61 i65 d35 yaw p50 i65 d0Tuned with 2807 1300kv motors and gemfan flash 7042, but also perfect(after test flying) for 2507 1200kv: inav2.6.1roll p40 i55d25pitch p45 i60 d28 yaw p50 i60 d0 I have already flown over 100 battery charges on this frame(version 8). The frame survived several falls and did not break. !update! after more than 200 batteries)) The frame couldn't withstand some falls, but the use of a 2mm sheet and the vertical arrangement of the Arms greatly simplified the repair of the arms. Some of the photos show repair (some patches installed).
