The 28-story skyscraper known as 7 Bryant Park stands tall, boasting a vast commercial space spanning an impressive 474,000 square feet. Strategically situated overlooking Bryant Park, this architectural marvel sits at the intersection of Sixth Avenue between 39th and 40th streets. The monumental lobby area on the first floor is a sight to behold, featuring majestic stone floors and walls accompanied by 20-foot-high coffered ceilings. This expansive space also makes room for retail stores as well as the building's loading dock. Each upper floor boasts luxurious office space cleverly designed within a one-of-a-kind curtainwall system. A notable aspect of this project was the establishment of direct subway access to the Sixth Avenue line located at the southeast corner of the building, greatly enhancing accessibility for residents and visitors alike.
