Summary Just experimenting with an idea in Tinkercad, this was the outcome. It's not perfectly balanced, but seems to function okay. Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Post-Printing After printing it, you'll need to wiggle the bearings a bit back and forth. I use my tweezers; they slide in about halfway and wedge nicely on the inside of the bearing. Then, wiggle and try to spin until it breaks loose.
