The original DXF drawings' extra cutting lines were removed, and a set of 7 coasters for household use was added along with the original 3-coaster set for workshop use. This exercise served as a learning opportunity for testing and configuring a 50W Universal M-300 laser cutter. Vector engraving at 100% power, 80% speed, and 500 PPI was used on the 6mm wood. Software utilized was Solid Edge 2D drafting ST3 (the free version), which required adjusting line sizes from 0.35mm to 0.01mm and flipping the output/printer sheet origin from bottom-left to top-left. However, saving a custom sheet size as a default has yet to be successfully accomplished.
