I've been absent from here for quite some time; it's because I was determined to acquire a new 3D printer, and that took an eternity. I finally got my hands on a CR-10 Mini and managed to get it printing like a pro. Now back to the actual print; it's a remarkably accurate replica of a 7.62x39 cartridge, with only one minor detail being off - the case taper isn't quite right. If you're feeling tempted to stick this in an actual gun, I wouldn't advise using PLA plastic for that endeavor.
