A digital duplicate of the 7.62 x 25 mm Tokarev cartridge, a replica of the pistol by the same name, exhibits striking similarity to its predecessor, the 7.63/.30 Mauser cartridge used in the legendary "broomhandle" C96 Mauser pistol of 1896. This iconic firearm, also known as Han Solo's DL-44 blaster, has become an enduring symbol of cinematic history. Dimensions were carefully measured from Lyman's Reloading Manual, 49th edition, and utilized to construct a precise digital model in FreeCAD. The completed ABS "snap cap," a functional inert replica used for testing fire without leaving the chamber empty, was successfully tested within a Romanian TTC pistol. As this design is a digital copy of a concept that originated over 124 years ago, it falls under public domain protection.
