7.3L Engine Sensor & Injector Break Out Box

Break out box for the 42 pin connector on the 73L Powerstroke. Connector halves are on a sheet metal bracket on the Drivers side valve cover. I had a Hammond box and just made a new custom cover. Uses AT computer power switches and banana jack connectors Look for computer surplus shops. Holes for 3mm indictor LED's as well for the injectors. You will need a donor harness from a junkyard truck, get as MUCH of both ends of that harness as you can. I spliced my wires at the banana jacks, it was tight but it worked. Wrap the wires in tape or a plastic loom. Refer to the 7.3L Sensors diagram included in this archive for pin and jack numbers. Google for it if you need bigger/high res. You will also probably want access to a factory wiring manual to see the wiring and wiring colors for your year to that connector. Print face down, Aquanet on glass for me.
