Planned in 1796, HMS Revenge was planned as a ship of the line independent of any other class of the Royal Navy. After being built and completed at the Chatham shipyard, she was commissioned to Captain Robert Moorsom in April 1805. Her "baptism of fire" took place just six months after setting sail, at the Battle of Trafalgar. In the Battle of Trafalgar, which took place on October 21, HMS Revenge sailed in the column led by Admiral Cuthbert Collingwood. At the end of the battle, the ship, with 598 sailors on board, suffered 28 dead and 51 wounded. Designed by Saturnalia Studios. Scale 1:650. Optimized for FDM printing and easy painting. Also includes combat sails, masts without sails and game card (Fire and Sails game).
