6xAA battery mount for 2 wheel robot chassis

I purchased a low-cost, two-wheeled robot frame that included a single AA battery pack with four batteries. To use rechargeable batteries, power both the motor and electronics from these, I decided to install six AA batteries (7.2V). To counter-balance components at the other end of the frame, I designed this mount to hold three-battery holders on each side above a passive wheel. This allows for improved balance. The mount is intended to be attached using short screws that are standard with PC frames; cut-down flat head self-tapping screws may also work as alternatives. The hole in the front post was already aligned with an existing opening, which required widening it; new holes need to be drilled in for the side posts. The three-battery holders on each mount attach with double-sided self-adhesive foam (2mm) and should be connected together in series through wiring.
