Make sure each part is laid out flat on its smoother side when printing. The mount halves and sides have a perfectly flat surface, but the base pieces feature a smaller rounded edge at the bottom to ensure they print flawlessly. The top has an increased rounded edge so that if this rests in your car it won't leave pressure marks from sharp edges on leather seats. So you're essentially printing the base pieces upside down. This is a hollow speaker box designed for a 6x9 car or marine speaker. It was specifically created for Polk Audio DB691 6x9 3-way speakers, but should work for other models as long as the dimensions are correct for hole spacing. The mounting holes are 170mm x 120mm apart, so make sure to measure your own just in case. I recommend printing the sides with ABS or another high-temperature material to withstand heat. I printed the base and mount with PLA. You will need to assemble all the parts together. This includes two base pieces, two sides, and two mounting plate halves, which are slightly different from each other.
