6x9 Graflok Back for 4x5 Camera
thingiverse
This is ekech's excellent 6x12 roll film back remixed to shoot 6x9 frames instead. The mask is obviously shrunk down from 6x12 to 6x9, and the location of the frame counter window has been shifted to reveal the 645 frame numbering on the 120 paper backing instead of the 6x6 frame numbering. The 6x9 frame is centered both vertically and horizontally within the 4x5 camera's rear standard. Note that because the frame counter shows the 645 frames (not the 6x9 frames), you'll want to expose on frames 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 to avoid overlapping. This still gives you the full 8 exposures you would expect from a 6x9 frame size on 120. Aside from "base_plate_bottom_v2.4 MOD 6x9.stl", "base_plate_top_v2.5 MOD 6x9.stl", and "Film Insert V2.4 MOD 6x9.stl", all other STLs are the same as the 6x12 version. See ekech's thing #2894651 for a full bill of materials and build instructions.
