The standard film holders accompanying scanners are often subpar, so I created custom ones using InkScape for improved efficiency. Sharing this project seems only fitting! For others handling or scanning film, you may benefit from a straightforward design: two frames containing centering guides to keep the film in place. Opt for the thinnest material that provides adequate strength to combat film curling or cupping issues.
