Human: material - PLA Print Settings Printer: Colido Printrite diy 3d printer (ramps 1.4) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30% Notes: Use a brim of 5mm minimum as the blades lack sufficient footprint for solid bed adhesion otherwise. Suggest setting extruder temp near your filament's advised upper thermal limit to maximize layer bond, as there is little chance of "stringing" with these designs during printing. Additional Notes: 16/5/2016: Unlike my 5x3 bullnose design, these blades require minor balancing for optimal performance. I recommend using a craft knife or Stanley blade to remove tiny slivers from the rear edges until you achieve balance. Avoid using tape as it often fails to adhere well to PLA and may fall off during flight.
