6th gen headphone holder 3000
thingiverse
I wanted a simple project to print, so I decided to upgrade my headphone holder to the latest 3D technology. Ironically, what seemed like the simplest thing ended up needing numerous iterations before it became truly functional. This design should accommodate both wider headphones such as Sennheiser and thicker ones like Beyerdynamics. It features a flat surface where the headphones rest and a substantial lip that keeps them securely in place. The holder extends far enough from the wall, allowing the headphones to hang freely without excessive pressure against the wall. For ease of use, the corners are carefully cut, and the lip is angled at 45-degree (or 135-degree) precision, eliminating the need for supports. Standard installations will find two discreet screw holes hidden beneath the design. Print Settings: Printer: Anycubic Mini Kossel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 20%
