6S 18650 holder with XT30 output for TS-100

I designed this battery pack specifically for the TS-100 soldering iron, but it can be used in any 24-volt application, such as powering step-down converters or PLCs. The nominal voltage of the pack is 22.2 volts DC, with a minimum of 18 volts and a fully charged capacity of 25.2 volts. Each battery pack comes equipped with a complete BMS system that includes cell balancing and a built-in voltmeter for monitoring purposes. The balance current of the built-in BMS is 62 milliamps. I have also included a balance connector that connects directly to the cells, allowing you to check all cell voltages or connect a balance charger like the Imax B6 or ISDT. Spacers are used between the BMS board and the cell holder for added protection.
