6P stackable for 18650
thingiverse
I made this myself, it's a small 18650 6P block that can be stacked with threaded rod to make a battery - it's not perfect, but it works just fine. Due to different printer materials and battery sizes, you may need to adjust the size slightly to fit the cell perfectly. It needs to be snug, not loose, but not so tight that it snags the cell wrapper or forces you to wrestle with it to get it in place. This is the latest version, which includes a thin layer of plastic to separate the + from the - on the positive side - just in case the cell gets too hot and melts the wrapper. It will still be protected by the layer of plastic around the edge, keeping the band from touching it. 8-23-20 I added a feature that allows you to slide lock the pieces together instead of relying on friction fit, which didn't hold up well when you needed to fold a pack together. There's a bit of space at the top of the notch where you can add some hot glue to prevent them from sliding apart as well.
