6mm to 4mm guide/tube adapter

<p><i>Very</i> simple object for connecting (for example) a 6mm OD filament guide to a 4mm OD PTFE tube.</p><p>I couldn't easily find something that did what i needed so I whipped this up. Has a split on the side so that you can slide it over guides/tubes that have filament in them without pulling the filament out.</p>
