6mm Square Hole Water Key
thingiverse
This is a 6mm square hole key commonly used for operating water taps in publicly-accessible areas such as a front yard. This type of key is also referred to as an "anti-vandal key". It effectively performs its function, feels comfortable in the hand and features one hole for attaching it to a key chain or any kind of string. The outside diameter of the shaft measures 12mm. I printed it with 100% infill but 80% or so may also work well. On my Prusa MK2S, the print takes approximately one hour with 0.2mm layers and a standard 0.4mm nozzle. Due to its small size, increasing the infill percentage to the maximum will only add a few minutes to the print time. Therefore, go ahead and use high infill for an extremely strong key. I print it with the opening of the square hole facing up against the print bed. Support structures are only necessary for the "wings" of the key. The Prusa slicer with standard settings decided not to add supports for the square hole or for the key chain hole, and everything turned out very nicely.
