This is a link / connector designed to fit snugly onto 6mm threaded rod, allowing for versatile connections at various angles. The bore for the throat is precision-crafted to accommodate the threaded rod / bolt, enabling it to create its own thread and potentially reinforced with a dab of glue. As anode505 aptly pointed out, don't forget to secure your project with lock nuts on the end, preventing the rod from over-extended travel and also facilitating easy length adjustments.
