I made some corner brackets for my plexi-glass NAS case. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.28 or better Infill: 15-25% Filament: 3D Solutions PLA Whatever You Want Notes: No supports necessary, but the ability to bridge is required. The cylinders in the lower level are in place of supports, with the layer on top of the cylinder being made by bridging the cylinders. I figured this would be much easier to remove than a support structure. I printed 8 like this and they came out great. As for wall thickness / Infill, a higher infill level will help out structurally, but as the walls are only around 3mm thick, you would be better off with more wall and less infill. I would recommend around 10-15% infill, and 4 walls. (I printed with 15% infill and 3 walls, but think it couldve been just a tad sturdier, but they work well enough for my NAS that is just sitting on a shelf, so I didn't bother to re-print) Post-Printing Post-Printing the 3-Way bracket: The cylinder supports on the bottom will need to be removed. How I Designed This I used Windows 10 3D-Builder, created a cube, then just cut slots into it. Then I added some cylinders as support material. Category: DIY
