6mm OD PTFE Teflon Filament Tube Couplers / Joiners - Angled 30 + 45 Degrees

Here are curved filament tube couplers which can connect two 6mm OD PTFE/Teflon filament tubes at a 30 or 45 degree angle. The filament tubes fit snugly into the coupler without deforming. The tubes insert about 12-14mm into each side for a good fit. These also work with my straight coupler that can be found here - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1522776. Print Settings Printer: QIDI Tech Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.12 Infill: 30% Notes: No support is required, but print with a cooling fan on at 60% from the start or starting from the 10th layer to ensure proper rounding of the interior. Printed in ABS with three shell layers and seven top and bottom layers. My infill for these parts was 30% and layer height 0.12mm. I printed these at 0.2mm to test, but they didn't come out rounded enough and required sanding. Resolution 0.12mm produced a perfect part first time with no sanding required.
