6mm OD PTFE Teflon Filament Tube Coupler / Joiner

This is a custom 6mm OD PTFE/Teflon filament tube coupler I designed specifically for joining two pieces of 6mm OD filament tube together seamlessly. The filament tubes press-fit snugly into the coupler without any deformation, ensuring a secure connection. To achieve this perfect fit, insert each tube about 12-14mm on either side. Printed with precision using my QIDI Tech printer, I opted for no rafts or supports to maintain structural integrity and prevent unnecessary material usage. A resolution of 0.12mm and infill percentage of 30% were used for optimal results. For added stability, consider printing multiple shell layers and top/bottom layers – I chose three and seven respectively. Feel free to adjust these settings according to your preferences.
