Improve your RepRap printer's Z-axis stability with Jonas Kuehling's enhanced X-Ends for 6mm threaded rods, eliminating wobble. Combine this with flexible vinyl or vulcanized rubber Z-Axis motor couplers to boost print quality significantly. Print the prepped STL files directly, or edit the SCAD file like I did, adjusting it for 6mm rods on the Z-axis lead screws. Use 1/4" - 28, 6mm x 1mm, or 1/4" x 20 threaded rods as alternatives. Discard old motor couplers and replace with vinyl ones, ensuring straight rods for optimal results. Test new rods on a flat surface before installation. No bent rods allowed!
